|2 tbsp||Maple Syrup||30 mL|
|1 tbsp||Dried Cranberries||15 mL|
|2 tbsp||Coarsely Chopped Walnuts||30 mL|
Preheat oven to 190ºC (375ºF). In a small bowl, mix fruit, syrup and walnuts together and spoon on top of Brie. Place on a baking sheet or ceramic brie baker and bake for 15-20 minutes until soft. Serve with crackers or thinly sliced baguette bread.
