|8 oz||Woolwich Dairy Original Chevrai, sliced into medallions|
|1||red onion, sliced||1|
|4||dill pickles, sliced||4|
|1||head lettuce, divided||1|
In a bowl, combine beef with egg, water, bread crumbs, onion, mustard, salt, Worcestershire and pepper.
Shape into 4, 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties.
Place patties on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning patties once, for about 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.
Place in hamburger buns and garnish with goat cheese, onion, pickles, tomato and lettuce.
